Abstract


The speaker has a fair amount of commercial experience setting up and maintaining email systems using Roaring Penguin's MIMEDefang.

This talk covers the basic architecture of the resulting system as well as its setup, scaling, and some tweaking.

Things that can be done include virus scanning, very powerful relay and access control and all manner of arbitrary manipulations.
